WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Normal wear and tear is accepted as part of service. However, if a costume has been mistreated or parts have been damaged or lost due to negligence, the hirer is held responsible for the full replacement cost.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards or cash. You can also pay via EFT when making a booking over the phone. Payment is made using our FNB Credit Card terminal in-store. Do not make payment if you are told that the credit card machine is not working. Contact us immediately on 082 557 1154. When making payment via EFT please confirm that you are paying into our FNB account. We do not hold an account with any other bank.

DO YOU CHARGE A SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the hire fee is charged per costume. If the costume is returned late, damaged or lost additional hire fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional fees will be levied in the event the security deposit does not cover costs.

CAN I BOOK ONLINE

Yes you can. Select the costume you want and ADD TO CART. When ready go to CHECKOUT and complete the checkout process. NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED at this time. We will contact you to confirm dates, sizes etc. Once confirmed we will create the Hire Contract for you to sign and only then will you make payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or EFT.
