WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Normal wear and tear is accepted as part of service. However, if a costume has been mistreated or parts have been damaged or lost due to negligence, the hirer is held responsible for the full replacement cost.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards or cash. You can also pay via EFT when making a booking over the phone.

DO YOU CHARGE A SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit between R100 and R250 is generally charged per costume. If the costume is returned late, additional hire fees may be deducted from the security deposit.

If you know what costume you want, simply call us on 021 531 5919 to make a booking, email us admin@mascots.co.za or use the booking form on the home page of this site. We are here to advise and assist.
